Derick Steinard is a Physician Assistant who grew up in the Metro Detroit area. He attending Central Michigan University where he studied Biomedical Sciences. While there, he was honored with the 2014 “Ryan A. Mauer Award” for his academic excellence and campus involvement. He then continued his education by obtaining his master’s degree from The University of Findlay in Ohio. He and his wife, along with their 3 pets, moved to Chicago in 2018, settling down in the Wrigleyville neighborhood. Derick spends equal time talking about food as he does sports.
