Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy
Midland Orthopedic Associates offers physical therapy services at our Wabash and Hometown offices. Our therapists work closely with their patients to restore mobility, improve function, and relieve pain. Our therapists customize a program to fit your individual needs and help you to achieve your goals. We recognize the demands that therapy can place on a busy patient, so whenever possible we will actively promote a home exercise program.
Midland Orthopedic Associates offers occupational therapy services at our Wabash and Hometown offices. Our certified hand therapists provide comprehensive therapy to surgical and non-surgical patients recovering from hand and elbow injuries, pain, loss of mobility, and weakness. Their goal is to help patients return to full function as required for daily activities, including job functions. Our therapists customize a treatment plan based on the individual needs of the patient and the specific injury. Treatments offered include range of motion exercises, joint mobilization, thermal and electrical modalities, strengthening, as well as the fabrication of static and dynamic splints.
Our therapists provide constant feedback to our Chicago orthopedic doctors, allowing for ongoing modification of the therapy program as the patient progresses. To schedule an appointment with one of our therapists, please phone our Wabash (312-842-4600) or Hometown (708-425-1150) office.
